Whether it is a special birthday, family reunion, or graduation celebration, Stokoe Farms offers private barn rental during the late spring and summer.  Better than a park pavilion, we offer close parking, refrigeration, clean modern restrooms, and a totally private setting.  Pricing begins at $400 for the perfect setting for your event. 

Our three-sided pavilion rental includes up to 12 picnic tables, counter space, trash removal, electric & lighting, a spacious courtyard for games, and all the ambiance for a memorable event.

Complete your summer party at Stokoe Farms with The Beer Wagon.  Our favorite local vendor will bring their mobile set-up with Local Brews, Hard Ciders and Finger Lakes Wines.  They can customize a package for any budget, handle all the permitting, and insurance.  Ask for details!
