Read Before Entering Premise 

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. In the event the farm must close, ticket holders will be issued credit via FunTix.  By purchasing tickets you agree to be added to our e-newsletter. Opt out anytime by clicking unsubscribe. We do not sell your information. No dogs during our Harvest Fest. Dogs are welcome during Christmas Tree Season. *New York State Law now requires us to post a warning to all visitors to Stokoe Farms.

Privacy
Stokoe Farms respects your privacy. We will not share or sell your information with anyone. 
When visiting animal areas, please abide by the following rules: 

  • Guests MUST wash hands after any animal interactions 
  • No Strollers or Wagons in animal area 
  • No Food or Drink in animal area 
  • No Bottles, Pacifiers, or Sippy Cups in animal area 
  • ONLY feed our animals the specialty animal feed purchased at the farm 
  • Children MUST be supervised at all times, and assisted in hand washing 
  • Parents should take precaution and not allow children to put hands or fingers in mouth before thoroughly washing hands after animal interactions. The single most important preventable measure guests can take is hand washing after being in animal area, or touching any animal. 

Warning to Visitors  

You are entering a farm protected under New York State Law (Subsection 18- 303(1)(d)”Safety in Agritourism Act.” State law requires this posting. This farm may have uneven pathways and grounds, animals, and equipment. You are assuming the risk and must exercise reasonable care, comply with all posted signage, and not willfully damage, remove or ignore signage and directions from employees. Inherent risks of agritourism and Christmas tree activities include among others, risks of injury inherent to land, farm equipment, playground equipment, and animals. This agritourism and Christmas tree facility is not liable for injury, death, damage, or a loss to participate in an agritourism activity conducted at this facility. By entering this facility you agree to not act in any negligent manner that may contribute to injury, death, damage or loss. You are assuming the risks by participating in activities at this facility. If you feel you cannot comply with these directions, you are entitled to a full refund of your unused admission price if applicable. https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/laws/GOB/18-303 For your safety and the protection of our animals: Know that animals carry germs that can make people sick. Never eat, drink, or put things in your mouth while visiting animal areas. Older adults, pregnant women and young children should be extra careful around animals. Wash your hands with soap and water after visiting animal areas.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY When you enter Stokoe Farms, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to, photography, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose Stokoe Farms and its representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Stokoe Farms events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Stokoe Farms. You release Stokoe Farms, its officers and employees from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, computer images, and video. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Stokoe Farms or the person or entity designated to do so by Stokoe Farms. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

We Promise to Keep You Safe By:

Cleaning

We will continue our rigorious cleaning protocol.  It's just good practice.

Face Mask

Our employees will adhere to the most current NYS and CDC mandates.  Guests should do what makes them comfortable.

Limits

Limiting the number of guests in our buildings.  We will abide by Fire Marshall capacity limits and any mandates should they occur.

Employee Health

Our staff will only work if healthy.

Hand Washing 

Providing hand wash stations and hand sanitizer around the farm.

Capacity

Someday we may not need to worry about this. In the meantime we promise to abide by any mandates should there be any.

Stay Healthy

Visit the farm only when you are healthy. If you have a fever, or other symptoms of illness, we suggest you visit the farm another day.

Leave a Little Room

The world has changed. Everyone has a different level of comfort, we have plenty of space at the farm, leave a little space between guests.

Wash Hands

Wash hands or use hand sanitizer frequently. This is one of the golden rules!
