Scout & Youth Groups

We offer pre-registered Scout and Youth Groups discounted admission to enjoy a day out on the farm during our Fall Harvest Fest and their families get the discount too!  Make your next Scout or Youth Group outing a farmtastic one, and head out to Stokoe Farms for over 35 exciting activities.  Upgrade your experience with tickets to our Apple Cannons or Stokoe Farms Express Train, or add a pumpkin for the kids to take home.

How do I schedule my group?

Is a deposit required to book a group at Stokoe Farms?  
We offer many customizable options. Please call us at 889-0770 so we can create a perfect day for your group.
How many people are included with a group?  
Group discounts begin at 20 or more guests. We offer customizable options that can fit any budget just give us a call at 889-0770. 
What time should I arrive?  
Groups can be on the farm all day!  We have several options for private tables and private barn rentals, which may be timed. 
Are there restrooms?  
Yes, we offer full-service restrooms and changing stations in our courtyard, as well as portable toilets in our activities area.
What if it rains?  
No problem! We can reschedule your party for another day, or you can still come and enjoy our covered barn. There is still a lot of fun to have!   Stokoe Farms does reserve the right to close due to extreme inclement weather.  
What should we do upon arrival?  
You will be in close contact with our group coordinator in regard to admission.  We offer several easy ways for your guests to check-in at our admissions booths.  All guests must check-in at admission upon arrival.
Are babies included in our counts?  
Children ages 2 and under, and adults 85 and older are  always free.   
How do my guests get into the farm?  
We offer several ticketing options for easy entry.  All guests are greeted at our entrance and sent to the appropriate line.
Can we bring our own catering?  
Stokoe Farms offers several options for catering, including food vouchers, sheet pizzas and more.  You are also welcome to bring catering into the farm for a fee of $50 to cover our liability insurance.  All catering must be approved by the farm at least two weeks prior to the event.
Do you have invitations?  
Sorry, we do not. We suggest sending an interactive e-vite.
