Bring your School Group to Experience a FUN-Filled Day at Stokoe Farms!  School Tours run during October.  Students will laugh with delight during a day at the farm.  Tours run from 9 am to 2 pm, Wednesday - Fridays, October 4th - 20th. Cost is $11 per person, with one (1) free teacher/chaperone for every 6 students.   The day includes activities, animals, hayrides, and a small pumpkin from our courtyard. 
*Please note School Tour Pricing is not available for Columbus Day, October 9th.

Educational

Stokoe Farms makes learning FUN!  Teaching students from pre-school to 4th grade about life on the farm with our HillBilly Hen Chicken Show, How Your Pumpkin Grows signs, Black Bear Nature Trail, puzzles and annual maze game.  Teachers, ask about our classroom activities that can be sent to you for a great lesson using what else, but your pumpkin!

Fun

A day on the farm is going to be one your student remember, becasue there is so much FUN!  With over 20 exciting activities, students and parents alike will be amazed.  Activities available for our school tours include our Bounce Pillows, Straw Fort, Slides, Low Ropes Course, The Sports Center, Grain Bin Cargo Climb, Billy Goat Mountain, Duck Races, Corn Box and so much more.  Of course the day would not be complete without a Hayride!

Animals

Stokoe Farms menagerie of animals love when school tours visit!  Get up close with the farms famous Kangaroos, Wallabies, Emus, Goats, Sheep, Pigs, Chickens, Patagonian Mara and Camel. Fun fact-filled signage helps kids learn a little more about our animals and where they come from.

How do I schedule a school tour?

Is a deposit required to book a School Tour at Stokoe Farms?  
No a deposit is not required for School Tours.  However, there is a $50 fee for all no shows.   
How much does a School Tour cost?  
School tours are $11 per person. This includes activities, hayrides, animals and a small pumpkin to go home.  This includes student's families.
Are chaperones free?  
We offer one free teacher/staff/chaperone for every six students.
What do we do upon arrival?  
Your transportation will be greeted by one of our friendly staff members.  You will be given directions and your lunch time, and we will mark your wagon holding your lunches (if applicable).
What if it rains?  
No problem, we can try to reschudle your trip for another day.  We do our best to accommodate schools when the rain is going to be intermittent.  The farm reserves the right to close in case of extreme weather. 
Do we have a tour guide?  
Farm field trips are self-guided.   You will be given a lunch time and location, otherwise your group is free to explore the farm and enjoy the activities on your own.
Can we bring bagged lunches?  
YES!  Just let us know and we can provide marked wagons for easy retrieval.
Can parents and families come?  
Yes, we offer them the discounted admission of $10. Children 2 and under are free. 
Do we have to pre-register?  
 Yes.  We do require pre-registration for all school tours.  You may click the links above or call the farm at 889-0770.  
Do you offer spring School Tours?  
Sorry, we do not.
